Fairy tale goes south

If you happen to read fairy tales, you will observe that one idea runs from one end of them to the other--the idea that peace and happiness can only exist on some conditions. As long as you keep one foot in the real world while the other foot's in a fairy tale, that fairy tale is going to seem kind of attainable. Cinderella and Allison believe there's a happy ending to every story.
